Natasha Zike

Co-founder, Learning and Community

Natasha brings 20+ years of global sales and technical enablement leadership at Dell, Tableau (now Salesforce), Rackspace, VMware (now Broadcom), and Confluent (now IBM). She led enablement for VMware's $4.66B SaaS business across 30+ countries, with programs reaching 40,000+ employees, and guided teams through 4 major company transformations, including 3 acquisitions. At Confluent, she trained sellers and technical teams to use AI in their daily work. She co-led a global employee community of 1,200+ members in 30 countries, won VMware's top company-wide award, is a 3x best-selling author, and was named one of Austin's Top 50 Women Leaders.

Vincent McNeeley

Co-founder, Technology and AI

Vincent spent almost 9 years at VMware (now Broadcom), growing from software engineer to Senior Technical Program Manager for the company's top 25 customer accounts, where his teams delivered 60+ requested features and fixes. He doubled his engineering team's output with a new R&D process, co-led a global employee community of 1,200+ members in 30 countries, and won VMware's top company-wide award. Today he builds AI systems and training for nonprofits, creators, and small businesses, and speaks globally on responsible AI.

John Zike

Co-founder, Technology and Operations

John brings 20+ years at Dell and VMware (now Broadcom) building the tools, systems, and training that help sales teams ramp fast and sell well. He trained 3,000+ new sales reps, opened and ran Dell's product demo labs worldwide, and built a knowledge base that cut new-hire ramp time by 30%. At VMware, his licensing renewal process helped add $50M in quarterly revenue, and he led SaaS transformation projects for the worldwide go-to-market team. He has run his own small businesses since 2014, spanning an e‑commerce Etsy store, real estate companies, and a local marketing company offering direct mail advertising.
